A Love Supreme: Saturday 7/28!

GLIDE’s 3rd Annual GLIDE Legacy Gala is this Saturday, July 28th, and there is still time to pick up your tickets!

The GLIDE Legacy Committee, a cohort of San Francisco’s next generation of young philanthropists, will present A Love Supreme, a fundraising gala benefiting GLIDE, at the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco.

This year’s event will recognize outstanding contributions of two agents of change that embody the passion and spirit of GLIDE’s Co-Founders, Rev. Cecil Williams and Janice Mirikitani.

Jennifer Siebel Newsom will receive the Janice Mirikitani Legacy award for her inspiring work as a documentary filmmaker and women’s activist.

Vernon Davis, tight-end for the San Francisco 49ers, will receive the Cecil Williams Legacy Award: Celebrating Love, Leadership and Community, for his dedication to underserved youth and families in areas of art, education, and health.

Tickets will also be available at the door the night of the event!
