GLIDE’s Annual Asian Chefs Association (ACA) lucheon is underway! The Asian Chefs Association and Chinese American Community Foundation are hosting this year’s event, part of the ACA’s Chefs Without Borders Holiday Lunch and Dinner. Award-winning chefs and over 100 Asian American community volunteers have come together to serve a free lunch and dinner to the GLIDE community.
“The service has become a wonderful tradition at GLIDE and people tell us they look forward to it every year. It’s a great way to start the season of giving,” said Khai Duong, former Executive Chef at Ana Mandara and co-founder of Chefs Without Borders.
The Asian fusion meal on the menu today includes sweet & sour meatballs, roasted chicken, spring rolls, and veggies. Check out photos of today’s lunch!
